The interview process was extremely swift and efficient. I had a total of 6 interviews over the course of 14 business days. The final interview was a talk with the CEO, Mario Ciabarra. While that may sound intense, it was extremely beneficial to me for a multitude of reasons: to gain a better understanding of this role, expectations, fit with each member of the team and also the company.
It was invigorating and refreshing as the questions were mixed on technical aptitude and personality, and in each interview, we discussed current efforts. It felt like I was having a normal day-to-day business conversation as opposed to a Q & A interview.
