The overall hiring process consists of 2x online interviews and a project presentation during an onsite interview. The online interviews were quite well organised and were smooth. The difficulty came from the assignment, I had some struggles of accessing CAD systems to fulfill it. For a reader of this post I can suggest SolidWorks online test version. However, if you have access to the CAD of your choice, this shouldn’t be a problem. The subsequent onsite interview was also nice, professionally organised and very welcoming. I enjoyed the modern office and continually improving capabilities of the team.
