The interview process did take a little long from meeting with the recruiter to another recruiter to my boss and then the division executive. I believe I waited about a week in between each interview but the interview was pretty straight forward, included a lot of situational questions, and provided a good overview of the role.

I applied for a program director role at QCH. I came in and interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor. After the interview, I received an email asking for references. I provided my references and they all informed they were contacted. After all that, I did not hear back from QCH on the status of my application. Extremely unprofessional.
