Submitted work information online and received email response it was received. Week later received a phone call from HR to set up an interview for the following week. They sent me detailed information on the job, and directions. When I arrived was left waiting for 45 minutes before finally being interviewed. When I went in for my interview there was a panel of people who worked at the college, not specifically in the department I was being interviewed for. No one from HR or the Department I was interviewing for was there and they had assigned a person who was a grant writer to handle the interview. The panel did not know what to ask and in turn were unable to answer any of the questions I asked them about the job. I quite frankly felt it was a total waste of my time and did not give me the opportunity to present myself. They quite frankly had just put together available people in the surrounding offices~ that is why they started so late.
