The experience was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The interviewer, who is the CEO, repeatedly ghosted me for pre-scheduled interviews, and I only received a response after sending a follow-up email. During the actual interview, he appeared distracted throughout, frequently scratching his head and failing to focus. The whole thing screamed of an overinflated ego—your typical start-up CEO trying (and failing) to channel Steve Jobs, but instead coming off as disorganized, self-absorbed, and utterly careless. If this is how he treats potential hires, I can’t imagine what it’s like to actually work under him. Absolute waste of time.

They are sending emails and inviting you to attend the Zoom meeting, and there are two people interviewing you, There are six questions. The time is about 30 minutes. It's kind of casual.
