Honestly, this was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. First, the interviewer completely missed our initial meeting. I waited for about 5 minutes after the scheduled time and ended up reaching out myself—only to get a short email saying he wasn’t feeling well. No prior notice, no apology—just felt like a careless excuse. When we finally had the interview, it was obvious he hadn’t looked at my resume or background at all. He asked really basic questions that didn’t relate much to my experience, and it seemed like he wasn’t prepared or even interested in having a proper conversation. Throughout the whole thing, I didn’t feel respected as a candidate. While I get that my background might not have been a perfect match for the role, what really stood out was his attitude, very arrogant and dismissive. When it was my turn to ask questions, he brushed them off with vague and half-hearted responses, not offering any real insight into the company or the role. It felt like he couldn’t be bothered. I honestly can’t imagine how employees are treated if hiring process is such a disaster.
