For the most part it was a good experience. The interviewers of the first two rounds are very patient and willing to give tips. However the last guy, who seems to be in a leadership role in the DS team, was obviously looking at something else (i.e. scrolling web pages, checking messages on phone) when I was giving my answers. He was definitely a smart guy, but I felt kind of disrespected in that particular round.

Interview
I went through the technical assesment which was pair programming. The interviwer was very supportive and helped me throughout. Overall experience was great and it showed they are open to support throughout the process and not make you feel intimidated
Initial call with the recuiter was great! We talked alot about my background but also went into detail about the role. The next round was with a data scientist. We started with my background then want into a a/b testing scenario. I answered this question very well. We used a document to track all of my thoughts. Started out with the overall 5-6 steps of the a/b testing process then went in depth on each of those steps. Maybe I went too in depth because my interviewer was constantly on their phone and not very interested in what I was saying. I tried to connect with the interviewer throughout the interview with some personal interest I found they had but felt they were annoyed by my questions. A part of me is glad I didnt get moved forward to the next round if this interview is any representation of the team. The role sounds amazing and the initial interviewer made the team/company sound like a great place.
