I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Q² Solutions (Marietta, GA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was very organized and structured. After applying, there was a 15 minute phone screening conducted. After about 2 weeks, I was asked to come in for an on site interview with the management team of the department. I was asked to create a 5-10 minute presentation on a "defining moment in my current or past role". The interview itself was very comfortable and the questions mainly related to my presentation and prior experiences .
Applied on LinkedIn and received a email to schedule a 15 minute phone screening. The phone screening felt like it was a little rushed. The recruiter would not provide a pay range when asked
Two stage interview, first was more casual and second interview lasted about 45min. Most of the questions were regular competency questions- mainly centred around the job spec. A few questions, focused on personality/ culture of work. There were 3 interviewers in my session- two line managers and one senior team member. Some colleagues had group interviews for the same role so some variability can be expected.
The phone interview was brief and I was asked to present on my experience in the interview with management. The process was easy did not take too long to complete.
