Phone interview. Proceed to in person coaching interview. Split up into groups and 1 coach at a time. Coach he other coaches in a session or two parts out of the full session that is given to you.

Interview
The interview process was very detailed and I learned a lot about the role. There was sufficient time for me to have 1 on 1 time with the person interviewing me and there were different stages of the process.
