It was a two stages interview first with HR, this one was more about personal information, experience, and different general aspects about your life. Later there is an interview with the direct boss about the possition, the functions and your experience related with this topic.
Very easy and laid back. Focused on development and career growth. managers do a great job at explaining the role and what it will look like day to day. emphasis on the culture and employees who make up the company

Very seamless HR was very helpful. Communication was clear and thorough. Position was explained in great detail and I interviewed with my future boss. I would do them a great deal to continue with their current process.
