I have been working at REHAU full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great staff that are friendly and respectful of each other. No problem with the people here. Everyone is willing to help each other out.

    Cons

Old work building, looking for something more modern and in the new age. Even the coffee machines are pretty old. They have a newer building but it's rented by other companies and there are too many employees to move them all to the newer building.

  2. "Under paid"

    Pros

Benefits are good , employees that work in fabercation are great. Most of the people working on the floor are wonderful people a joy to work with.

    Cons

Don't get paid nearly enough for what they do. Employees complain about the pay all the time. They say it's competitive! But it's a horrible lie!
Favoritism is horrible here. You will never get anywhere because of it.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees better wages. hourly wages are ridiculous ridiculous . It's why you have a revolving door. You pay a temp service so you don't have to pay you employees better wages. Open your eyes . Give your employees an incentive to stay. An not ice cream once a year or a company cookout. It's just not enough. Most of your employees work 2 full time jobs. Your employees live paycheck to paycheck.
     That's the reality.

I have been working at REHAU full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All the overtime you want! Great benefits, as long has you never need to withdraw from your 401k, because that's impossible!!

    Cons

    Too much overtime. Poor management
HR department doesn't do anything. They sit behind locked doors, and are completely useless, and incompetent.
They try to force you to resign if you have any medical issues, or they try to make it so hard on you that you quit of your own freewill.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of people In HR. You say you have an OPEN DOOR polivy, yet, those doors are locked, WHY?? Too much favoritism. Those continuous education classes are completely useless... that's another waste of money!! You promote people to supervision without any experience, and all of their friends have it made, while the rest of us pull the extra weight. Also you got going healthy strong men doing all the light weight work while the older ladies are doing the grunt work and all the heavy lifting on the load and unload side . No wonder people are getting hurt!! You are very weak at managing your company!! HR is clueless!!!

    Pros

Good benefits and growth to learn on your own

    Cons

Rehau in Leesburg, VA is the worst and terrible place to work. All the managers are mean, self centered, disrespectful and micro manage their employees. Give hard time, threaten and harass their hard working people and try to make hostile environment to make them leave. Hire their favorite buddies. Last but not the least religious and cultural discrimination.

    Advice to Management

    Respect the people.

Great people, products are innovative and they care about their employees well being. Management trusts the input and values each employee.

    Cons

They have been manufacturing driven for such a long time so it has affected them historically. Their focus over the last many years has been customer service and it has elevated them in all industries.

I have been working at REHAU full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

REHAU is a great company. They care about their employees and make a point of rewarding accomplishments and seeking ways to improve the work environment. The last five years they have focused on streamlining processes and simplifying procedures. This is a fun time to be working here and the future looks very bright.

    Cons

This is a global company so you must get used to dealing with many people from other countries and cultures, some who are not strong communicating in English. This can be a challenge if you have never worked outside the US.

I worked at REHAU full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good money, nice building, clean bathrooms. Loves to waste money when Germans come to town. They love a good trade show and if you are upper management there is very little work required. They also get you discounts on rental cars.

    Cons

Everything else. Arrogant and elitist attitudes from everyone above you on the "organigram". The reviews above that say it's a great place, are clearly written by one of their many HR drones who spend most of their day making sure their ties are not wrinkled and kissing some higher ups rear. The guy that said they sweep problems under the rug is spot on. If you dare attend one of their "consultation days" be prepared to get laid off soon after.

    Advice to Management

No advice that I could give would be understood or appreciated because they feel they are superior.
