      Marketing Executive Interview

I interviewed at RELX (London, England)

      Interview

Interviewed for a marketing role and made it to the final stage. The experience left a lot to be desired. The process was slow and disorganised, with little communication unless I followed up. Interviewers came across unprepared and low energy, offering no real insight into the role or direction of the team. The office and company culture felt dated, more early 2000s than modern hybrid workplace. There was no feedback after the final round, which shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. Salary offered (~£34,000) was noticeably below market for the level of responsibility. Overall, it didn’t feel like a company invested in progression, innovation, or attracting strong talent.
