The interview themselves were fine, in fact, here’s what they said after the second stage ‘Thank you for your email, it was really nice to meet you. I would like you to meet our COO, but he is on holiday for another week. I may be able to arrange your call for the middle of next week but I will check with him first. I will hopefully be in touch soon to arrange a suitable time.’ Needless to say that they never got back to me. It took them 3 weeks, 4 emails to HR + 1 to the CEO (first step) within this time frame to say that they offered the role to someone else who already met the COO.. ??? Very poor organisation and overall communication between departments, do not put all your efforts in this, because you may end up disappointed by their deceiving communication style.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at REalyse (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
1st round consisted of being called in for an interview, meet the team, talk about my CV and past work, answer some technical questions.
2nd round consisted of being given a technical assignment and a few days in which to do it and return my solution.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at REalyse (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Until the third round of interviews, everything was fine, on my way to the interview they cancelled it thought the recruiter saying that it was offered to someone else. Very unprofessional. There was no feedback provided on why they did it, even the recruiter was very ashamed about it. It was a complete waste of time especially after requested a long presentation related to the company and the job role.
