Quickly responsive when applying. Typically informal questions on the phone interview with education, work and etc. After the initial interview there was a follow up with a skill assessment. The next interview is a video with technical question and another skill set live.
Phone screening, where I was asked simple questions to check my qualifications. Overall it was relaxed and the interviewer was helpful in describing any improvements I could make and was a good experience.
