I applied online and was called for an interview about a week later. I interviewed with the manager and a person supported by RHA. I thought it was very informative to have a person supported interview me. I got to experience what it would be like to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities before I even started.

The interview questions were standard and asked me to provide examples of what I had done in the past around topics such as conflict management, confidentiality, and supporting people.
