Initially, I was screened over the phone. Following that, the in person was a gauntlet style interview prefaced by a quick written test. Met with the CTO and other current developers on the team one after the other. The interview lasted about 2.5 hours. Lots of technical questions but none that should be too difficult as long as you have decent Python/Django experience.
