Very cold, uninterested interviewers. Very robotic and you can tell they got their questions from a Google search. Interview didn’t flow naturally and there was no development or conversation around anything I was saying. Think some interview training would be very helpful as very off-putting. I was told I would hear back at the beginning of the week, well it’s now Thursday evening (not the beginning of the week in anyone’s book), and I’ve still not heard a single word - a week later. I was offered another role on Monday which I’ve now accepted as who knows what’s going on here! Very bad experience for such a well known charity.
