The interview process was very smooth. I interviewed with a number of different employees at various levels of the company as well as the CEO/founder which was awesome. I appreciated the attention to my experience, the honesty from the team of the challenges someone could face when transitioning from an agency to a consulting environment, and the openness of the team -- accepting everyone as they come into the company. I felt instant connection with the people I interviewed with and found myself even more excited about the company after getting a taste of who I might work with and collaborate with.
