      Project Manager Interview

      Jul 5, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RTC in Apr 2019

      Interview

I had a phone interview, an in person interview, a Skype interview and then a second round of in person interviews. The HR person then reached out and asked for references and my W-2 from last year. I was offended that they asked for my W-2, although it isn’t illegal in IL, it is in many other states and is often linked with paying women/minorities less. After all of that, the HR person called to check in a few times, saying there was some kind of internal hold up. This went on for more than 2 months. I was fed up and took a job with another company.
