The interview went really well. I was asked about the basics, my work experience, and a few behavioral questions. There was also a portfolio round where I presented my past projects and design approach. The panel seemed engaged, and I felt confident and well-prepared throughout. It was a good opportunity to reflect on my journey and communicate my strengths clearly.

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RTF (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2014
Interview
My interview was a little unorthodox.. I was actually recruited from RTF on LinkedIn, and asked to meet for Tacos (it was a Tuesday). I had prior knowledge and experience in the Logistics industry, so the interview was mostly used as an opportunity to make me feel more comfortable about leaving the position I was in.
