Question 1
Er wordt actief gekeken naar wetenschappelijke bijdragen (i.e., publicaties).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTL (Köln) in Jan 2024
Interview
The process began with a VP interview that was fairly straightforward, discussing the role. It included a "brain teaser" to test some mathematics and reasoning abilities. It was not difficult.
The second round interview was actually with HR and moreso standard behavioral questions. There were some technical difficulties and communication difficulties with body language and needing to clarify things that made the interview choppier than most in my experience.

Question 1
A question to calculate market share using today's current figures ($ and %), a growth rate, and a future figure ($)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTL (Hilversum) in Oct 2019
Interview
The process consisted of two interviews on-site. Both interviews went well (at least that was the feedback I immediatly received). However, I was told in the second interview that they would come back with feedback and how/if we proceed soon and never did so. I did not even get an answer when asking explicitly for feedback. Whilst I do understand that companies are not answering all applications always, I found this rather unprofessional and disrespectful. After I had spent significant amount of time in the application process, I would have expected to at least get an email saying that I am rejected instead of no answer at all.
