      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RWE

      Interview

First stage was a video interview, which I really enjoyed. I felt so-so about the role prior to the conversation, but felt really excited about it leaving the call. Second interview was in-person with the hiring manager and recruiter in London. The interview started at 8am which was incredibly early! The conversation was very nice and they seemed like nice people, but somehow I didn't feel as excited about the role leaving that interview. I think it's a great opportunity with lovely people, just not quite the right role for me.
