Interview
2 stage interview with the project/release manager then followed by interview with senior management. You may get interviewed with one of the existing Business Analysts. A recruiter approached me for the role initially as a fixed-term contract and then it converted to a permanent role.

When have you worked with difficult stakeholders and what did you do in that situation?
CV and then OA, matrigma could be hard. I might have failed it. Not so sure about it. The oa will give you about 5days to prepare. make sure you prepare.
Clear and straightforward process. Clear & timely feedback receive. It focuses a lot on cultural fit and team fit, but your qualifications can also help. I think it's more difficult to get an interview than doing the interview.

2 step interviews, with team members and team lead , then final offer . Each interview is around 45 minutes , very punctual, no bs questions. Recruiter is efficient and effective, ready to help
