Very clear, two step process. Had first interview with head of talent ops over the phone and then had two phase interview with head of client service, innovation and CEO.

The interview was informative and well-planned. They asked question on past experience and ability to adapt and learn. Interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable on Radancy. I had an additional interview with the department manager.

Very Professional. Interviewed with Several people. All treated me with respect. Felt good after it was over. People I interviewed with were VP, Director and SVP. Also wended up working with all of them on a day-to-day basis.
