At first, I received a call from a crew manager who asked about my academic background, including topics I had studied at university, as well as some personal information. At the end of the conversation, we scheduled an in-person technical interview. A week later, I received confirmation that I had passed the first stage and was moving on to the next step— second technical interview. After completing the technical interview, I was informed that I had been accepted. A few days later, I received a call from HR to schedule an HR interview. Following that, I received approval along with a salary proposal and other logistical details. Finally, I waited for about two weeks for the security clearance.
