Didn't feel mutual - just answer questions, jump through tech hoops, and move onward to next round. Never discussed role specifics, comp band, culture, etc. Once you've made it through 3 rounds, they'll invite you to an onsite. The onsite is a challenging is more challenging than most FAANG interviews - one hour system design and an hour to go implement the system you just designed after.
