Prepare stories based on your resume and have them memorized. Show a genuine interest in the role and location and try to connect with the interviewers.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raytheon (Fullerton, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
First interview was a phone interview. Second interview was an online interview with 3 team members with each asking questions. Most questions were to get to know me and none were technical.
Got a call from a recruiter and was set up for a Zoom interview right after. The interview was mostly behavioral, and be sure to know your resume because they will ask about it.
Started with an introduction of everyone (including myself) and then transitioned into going through my resume. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions with the occasional technical question about my resume.
