Interview
A panel of people ranging from the department asked talk about themselves and their jobs. Next, they ask about you. They then go into talking about the company and recent changes. Next, they ask you questions. None were technical, but it was more questioning soft skills such as interacting with people, problem-solving, and interacting in teams.

Interview
Talked to the recruiter then had a one on one interview followed by a panel interview. Graduate level internship. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to know why Raytheon. Even with a BS degree in a very different field, they were supportive and encouraging throughout the interview process.
