ReNew interview questions

The interview process is a joke, the interviewers don't join the call at scheduled time, not once but multiple times. The interviewers are so full of themselves that they don't even read the cv before interview and ask random questions. They did some 4 rounds including an in person round in their office. The HR took all my details, begged me to not give other interviews and then boom... They put the ad post again everywhere and not a word. Disrespectful and sheer waste of time.

Good interview process, technicals questions were asked on core electrical ,machines,power systems etc and major projects done in the final year. Good grasp on technicals is must and needs to be prepared .
