Interview
The first round is logical test, i think it is quite easy. The second round is technical interview, questions are not very difficult, most of them are very basic. The third round would be an interview with your line manager, more about personality questions.
Simpler process compared to other companies. Candidates are expected to talk about skills and experience listed on their CV. No coding or system design exercises. May require a second phase with senior or director level staff to establish "cultural fit".
