It was fast and chill. I honestly thought I didn't do well in the interview but was surprised to get the offer. They asked me to describe a time when I worked with a difficult colleague. As well as what good customer service is.

Manager was easy to talk to. Was about 15 minutes. Had to be available at least 1 evening or weekend for 5 hrs per union. They sent the job offer about 2 hrs later.

They have contacted me to assess my experience and schedule a meeting. The approval process for the offer takes approximately two days. It was simple and straightforward. They explained the job roles and responsibilities. The salary was not negotiable anyway.
