I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Recorded Future (Oslo) in Jul 2025
Interview
It was an insightful process which allowed me to demonstrate my strengths, however, the process itself did take a long time which could have potentially been shortened. Overall the structured nature of the interviews helped ensure fairness and gave me clarity on the role expectations and demands.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Recorded Future (Boston, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Over the course of a few months, I had the opportunity to speak with several people across Recorded Future, both in the US and in the UK/EU offices. Each conversation felt natural and like an open dialogue to assess compatibility between RF and me, and vice versa. This made the process quite smooth and welcoming, as it allowed me to give my best during the interviews and get a better sense of the people within RF.

Question 1
I don’t recall one single “standout” question, but many of the conversations focused on my ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders over the phone and manage professional relationships. Since this is such an important part of the BDR role, I felt the questions around that area were especially emphasized, and it gave me the chance to highlight my past experience and confidence in those skills.

The interview process for me was filled with great conversations. I felt like I was able to gain a clear understanding of the culture of the teams I would be working closest with and of the role itself.
