The interview process was good. The interviewers had good knowledge and I was able to clear all the round but that's not it, you would also have to clear their client's interview. It is a third-party payroll company but recro won't accept it. They interview people in bulk but do not have many clients to offer you. They claim they have 5-7 companies lined up to interview you but you will end up interviewing by 1 or 2. Their website mentions they find the best role for you but in real they find the best role according to their own needs.
