Pros

They offer remote work as of now.

Cons

The company has been in the industry for several years, so one would expect a much more stable and well-defined process by now. However, one of the biggest concerns is the lack of consistency in internal processes. The workflows keep changing frequently, with new additions and removals happening quite often, making it difficult for employees to adapt, absorb, and perform efficiently. Instead of creating clarity, this often adds unnecessary pressure and confusion. Another major concern is around employee growth and recognition. From both personal experience and discussions with others, there seems to be frequent delays in promotions and salary hikes. When employees are consistently putting in effort and delivering results, timely recognition and fair rewards become extremely important. A lack of appreciation and delayed growth can directly impact motivation and retention. There is also a culture of constant comparison, where employees are often benchmarked against colleagues who may not even be at the same designation, experience level, or scope of work. Such comparisons can feel unfair and demotivating, as performance should be evaluated within the context of an individual’s actual role and responsibilities. Additionally, the work environment often feels heavily target-driven, which at times makes the talent acquisition function feel more like a sales role rather than a structured recruitment function. This creates a blurred line between the two, even though both require different skill sets, expectations, and approaches. A stronger focus on process stability, employee recognition, fair evaluations, and better leadership support would make a significant difference in improving the overall work environment and employee experience.
