After spending at least 5 hours interviews with them, what they sent to me was an no-reply template email! Even the recruiter didn’t spend 2 minutes to write a personal email!
6 rounds with 6 people, that says a lot about the company. You do not need 6 rounds to hire unless it's a CEO position. Shows they do not know what they are doing or else they would do Panel interviews or Hiring Manager plus 2.
