15 mins recruiter phone screen -> 30 mins hiring manager round on Zoom -> 45 mins technical interview on Zoom via Hacker Rank -> 2 hours (4 sessions of 30 mins) panel interview on Zoom -> 15 mins hiring manager follow up on Zoom
My experience was fairly good up until the panel interview: two of the panelists were giggling, eating, and looking down throughout the entire session. (Another panelist was late, however, I didn’t think that was out of disrespect)
I’m not sure if they behaved as such because they already knew they were going to reject me. But it was very distracting and unprofessional.
The technical rounds is as expected. They allow looking up any documentation’s for the technical round.
Btw, before the panel interview they asked me to sign a NDA. But most of my questions during the panel interview were responded with “I can’t tell you that”. Again, not sure if it’s because they already knew they were going to reject me.
