Job application was easy to fill out. They had me in for three interviews before getting hired. After the first phone interview I completed a small project project that was fairly simple. Job application was easy to fill out but thought the interview process was long. After the phone interview I moved on the next step which was completing a project. I interview with the managing partner and found that RBM was not for me. I thought management cared too much about the about money they made instead of making clients happy and quality work.
