I applied through other source. I interviewed at Red Energy
Interview
I completed a first round interview and was provided with a case study to present the following week. After the interview was not scheduled, I followed up and I was told the interview was delayed due to scheduling.
I was later informed (after not being able to share the case study they had requested me to complete). That they would move forward with another candidate.
A phone interview followed by a video remote interview. In the video interview, they explained the role and the company, and then there was a quick role-play of having a better plan discussion with the hiring manager, roleplaying as a customer.

Have you ever worked in a fast paced environment before?
There was a phone screening first (they don't arrange this with you so make sure to pick up all phone calls). Then, the first stage of interview with HR where they ask about your motivation. Stage two of the interview is with the engineers where they ask you technical questions.
