Questions were standard STAR based questions and the interviewers were really nice. There were no surprise questions or anything out of the ordinary. I'd recommend taking a pen and paper to take notes.

Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter which was fine. Then had to do a group interview on zoom and then do a role play which was completely unnatural and awkward and we had to speel off about the benefits of red energy if the customer stayed without ever having training in this area or working for the company which made no sense. Then they based whether we got the job off our role play which isn't a true representation of how we would be within the role once trained. Silly process.

Interview
I got called asking if I’d like to interview for a job I applied for 3-6 months ago, but was told I may be more suitable for a different position instead. I wasn’t told it was a group interview, otherwise I would’ve declined immediately. Lo and behold, it went like every other group interview goes. After the spiel about how great the organisation is, we were asked to introduce ourselves and… that’s it. We didn’t have the option to ask any other questions about our suitability, unless we wanted to openly discuss our salary expectations in front of the other candidates. All-in-all, spent about 4 hours on cover letter, resume, interview, and background declarations, without so much as a phone call saying thanks but no thanks. I received a generic email saying I wasn’t selected for the ‘more-fitting position’, and I received nothing about the original position at all. Total waste of time. Worst interview process I’ve ever had.
