Interview
Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Between the phone screening and on-site interview with a managing partner and account director (separately), it never felt like an interview, but a conversation. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and easy-going. RedCloud's approach to interviewing really makes for a stress-free experience.

Question 1
Mostly focused on getting to know you and feeling out your experience/skills. Was given ~10 minutes to work through a case question about logistics and monitoring parts usage/replacement.
