The interview process consists 1 phone interview, 1 Zoom interview, and a take home assignment. They say that the assignment only takes 45 minutes, but this is really hard for me to believe. The instructions are very vague, which isn't cool when you have a full time job and limited time to work on this. The first 2 interviews were fine, but the take home assignment is what I think killed me. 24 hours after submitting it, I got an email I wasn't a right fit for the job. I wish after all the time I put into preparing for these interviews, they could have at least given me more than an automated message.
