I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Reed (Bath, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
First two stages were great & the colleagues I spoke to very helpful. Nice and friendly first interview, and then processed the psychometric test easily. Then it was a role play. I was due to speak to the owner of a faux business - and the girl who I called certainly didn't sound either like any business owner I know - or like she even knew the real world or had a clue of how to respond.
Anyway had positive feedback - which stated "you did everything right, but missed out one detail why this new girl would be suitable." I know I said why she would but the girl on the other end was typing away. I am glad to know that if this is how reed recruitment attitude works - then it was a lucky miss for me :D
I applied online. I interviewed at Reed (Watford, East of England, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
They asked me for interviews slots but never replied to any of my emails providing availability???!! I don't understand what is wrong with their recruitment team? Has this happened to anyone else as well?
Applied in the branch due to seeing a poster in the window (im old fashioned) and then had a Face-to-face interview in the branch with the manager of that branch.

The initial phone screen was thorough. I spoke with a friendly HR representative who asked about my experience, motivations, and understanding of the recruitment industry. She explained Reed’s values and work culture and provided a great overview of the role. I appreciated that she asked thoughtful questions instead of the usual generic ones, which made me feel like they really wanted to understand if I’d fit into the team.
