Overall, the interview process was smooth and fun!
I heard back from the recruiter a few days after I applied. This position was for US-persons only, which the recruiter verified. Following that, there was a phone screen with the recruiter. Following that I was given a take home assessment that was evaluated over the next phone screen. The next step was a day long onsite interview where I presented my work experience to a panel of 6-8 members for an hour. There were questions throughout. Following that, I was taken out for a team lunch where I got to spend time getting to know the members of the team I was to work with. I also interviewed with 2 other members from the additive team for an hour each. Finally, I met with the CEO and CTO which were more general questions about my values, why I felt I was a good fit etc. After a reference check, I was offered the position.
