send resume through stuffing agency. They would ask you on-site interview with the manager of the department you are going to work and vice president, and then phone interview with HR, sometimes CEO. It is not that difficult. You are asked general questions.

My resume was selected for the next round. My first interview was a Zoom interview with a human resource representative for 45minitue. Second interview was in person with executive and department manager for about one hour.
