    Pros

    They pay you salary instead of commission

    Cons

    the office is located inside of the hotel which was renovated by the company.
    The building is really old and has a lot of problems. ( Leaking water from roof top etc..)

    You will learn things not to do..

    Cons

    Very unprofessional management. All kind of harassment are there but employees are suppressed by management. Inexperienced dictator manager is running the show. No education or support.

    You can use company's car

    Cons

    Power harassment. Moral harassment. Disorganized operation/management. Unskillful management with no common sense back then. ( I don't know about the current situation )

    Advice to Management

    I tried my best to come up with some advice to management, but no matter how hard I try, I am still speechless. I have no comment. I just want to forget the days I was working there.
