Very informal panel discussion. The processes seemed more like a hang out than an interview. Management seemed somewhat interested in the process but gave fairly softball questions. Group interview may have lasted an hour tops.

Mostly interested in personal history and existing abilities to improve operations. Asked the basics about anything that may hinder my progress, or conflicts of interest that could pose a problem.
