Renew Day Spa interview questions

It's been some time since my interview, but they ask about your skills...what you feel your best at and what needs improvement. It's very casual followed by a massage practical.

I was first interviewed by the husband to talk about the generalities of the company - policies, processes, pay, etc. Then I had to come in and give a facial to one of their estheticians, who critiqued my work. Thirdly, I had to give another facial to the wife - the other owner. After giving her a facial, I then interviewed with her, and then her husband talked to me about the hours available and the pay rate they would offer me.
