A very hard hour long test. You only need to gwt about 60 percent to pass. The interview is easy its self. Every manager has their own one and some times you meaet with the RM

1 on 1 interview with owner. he is very bold and upfront has the mentality i feel that would run off alot of potential employees. Its a decent company to work for but not the best out there if you want to move up easy then yes go for it
