The online test was good but the interviewers asked some strange questions like whether a single or double colon is used while invoking a rake task, like seriously! It does'nt show anything about the candidate as a developer whether they answer it right or wrong.

Interview
There were 3 rounds: Discussion with HR, technical round and discussion with MD. All of the interviews took place over Skype. After selection an offer letter discussion took place over Skype.
