I was asked to schedule a phone interview about a week after applying. The phone interview was half an hour, basically getting to know each other, they asked about my background, why I was interested in Reonomy, what my timeline to start looked like, what kind of compensation I expected, told me more about the role and company. About a day after, I was asked to come into the office for a meeting with several members of staff. All were laid back and easy to talk to, asked the usual questions like why Reonomy, where do you see yourself in a few years, etc. and were very open to my questions about the role and company.
